Sany joined the firm in 2012. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Reading, an LL.M. in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, and an MBA in Shipping, having graduated with high academic distinction. She has been a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2015.She advises on a broad range of shipping and corporate matters, with particular expertise in ship sale and purchase (S&P) transactions. She is regularly involved in complex, cross-border transactions and is recognized for delivering commercially focused and pragmatic solutions. She combines in-depth legal expertise with strong commercial acumen, providing strategic, solutions-driven advice in a demanding transactional environment.

She is fluent in English and French.
